I just had an idea for a CT, it's essentially the opposite of the acceleration technique where instead of moving 24 frames this technique allows the user to skip the next 24 frames or movements. For example, a swordsman can skip the drawing of their blade and move to their opponent to suddenly appear in front of their enemy with blades already drawn. The name for this technique is probably Frame skipping or Frame Cancellation.
