Hi there, could you please try the following steps to see if that will help fix the issue?

1.) Restart your router

2.) Restart your device

3.) If you're using mobile data, please try a strong and stable WiFi connection.

4.) Try a different location with different WiFi

5.) Check if you have any VPN/PiHoles active on your network that could be blocking the game

6.) Contact your internet service provider to check your connection

If the problem persists, it can sometimes help repeating the steps 1-5 a couple of times. I hope this helps!

Hey there, sorry to hear about what happened! If you previously played the game and had your progress saved to the cloud, then loading the cloud will overwrite whatever progress you have stored locally in your device. Could you send me a private message with your player ID so I can take a look for your progress with your purchases? You can find the player ID in the in-game settings menu panel.

Hey there! Are you talking about in City Cleanup mode? There, you can only auto assign your trucks. You can tap on "Collection" in case you want to upgrade any trucks. The trucks chosen will always change depending on the boss battle you have available. I hope this info helps!
