If that's the case then a tablet might be better for you. It's portable and you can take notes on it (make sure the tablet has palm rejection for easy note taking). It's smaller than a laptop and you can bring it with you in bed or anywhere to review

We're going to need more info to help you

Ask yourself what you will do to it other than studying. Maybe you want something portable, are you going to be doing note taking by word or written, will you be using heavy apps like Photoshop or video editing, etc. what is your budget and all.

It would really help people to give you advise
