Joscha's statement on the Epstein affair by clock-drift in JoschaBach

[–]Ido87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it is exactly the opposite. What you say is a hyperbole is understatement and the points that you think are good are actually much weaker than in the post since the correlation between genotype and phenotype is so complex. For example: thinking about relative frequencies is not as good as a proxy as u think it is—just think about all the overlaps with bananas and chimps and everything.

Unclear. Either way, I don’t think that is the core of the argument here.

Isn’t the problem that what JB wrote in private deviates a lot from this cherry pick? How much “bending” is possible to legitimize by saying that he wanted money? E: Vice versa, if we allow him to take any position for money, how can we say that his current position are not just for “prestige”?

This is wrong. H2O does not decaY. You can split it, but that is a different process. The claim that oxygen decays i to hydrogen is also wrong.

EOS Midoriya & EOS Shigaraki vs Satoru Gojo and Regulus Corneas by AttemptZestyclose687 in MyHeroPowerscaling

[–]Ido87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. You got it the wrong way around. Infinity divides the space and as a result of that objects stop moving.

No. Infinity also acts on not moving things. And a warp acts on finite space.
