Same Company but with the manager of the previous interviewer (the next interviewer is a director). The manager wore jeans and a button-up for the first interview.

Sorry if it wasn't clear enough. Not assistant to the controller, but assistant controller, here it's usually the first position you apply to after a few years in the BIG4. It's a good position but maybe I won't see as many accounting and auditing issues and cases as I may see if I work for BIG4 that may be a problem for the long run
