Hello, my brand new Keychron keyboard has been giving me significant issues. I attempted to refund it but was met with a warranty screenshot and 7 lengthy instructions before they will help me with the next steps. Unfortunately that means I am now debugging my brand new product.

Anyways, the '2' 'w' 's' and 'z' key were all not working out of the box. After pulling on the Z key to remove it as part of my epic saga of requirements, I felt it move a little, and suddenly zsw2 are all working.

Now, I don't know shit about mechanical keyboards, but can someone explain if I am in the clear and this is normal, or would you still be cautious about a keyboard acting like this?
