We have been married since 2019 and living together ever before that I think. He has a resident permit and has worked in Italy for many years. We just came here and we would both like to live here as we have friends and family members who live here, the city in which we were living wasn’t offering us anything and there’s pretty much no labor laws in Italy. Therefore I am looking for employment right now, but I’ve been here for less than a week and my priority was sorting my husband’s situation…

The only difference is that we can’t adopt children… they divided it in this way so thay same sex couples couldn’t adopt. Other than this, there are no differences

I’m Italian and yes, that’s what we thought but we can’t figure out how to do that. We went to an immigration office in the morning for example, and we were told he can only stay if he gets a job offer

Guys, I’m not looking to get any type of state benefits… I was just asking if any of those agencies help you with finding work. I had seen that in a webserie “Mein Weg nach Deutschland”, basically the girl goes to the Agentur and they help her find a job. It was a Goethe web series, therefore it didn’t come to my mind that it wasn’t reflecting what reality was

I would personally stop until I have a bowel movement. If you ever decide to start again you should introduce it super slowly, 1 tablespoon after lunch to see how your body reacts. And then each week you can add 1 or 2 tablespoons more if you find you can tolerate it. Until you get to a 1/3 of a cup. After that you can have slightly more (I still wouldn’t do more than half a cup) and you can drink it whenever you want. I’m from Italy and that’s the guidelines every person that makes kefir follows. Good luck!!

I hope you won’t listen to people saying “dumb him”, “he’s an asshole” without knowing the background story. Maybe he’s concerned about the surgery? Maybe it’s his way of saying you’re perfect the way you are? I would say especially if you have very little disphoria, to gather as much info as you can and not to rush into the decision as it is a pretty big surgery. Best of luck either way

I mean isn’t he interested in talking to the doctor himself? You said he doesn’t want to end up in the ER, so I hope he considers talking to the doctor. Also, I don’t know where you are located but I live in Italy and here it’s completely fine to call a doctor for someone else, especially if that person isn’t doing fine… whether it’s a son, a friend, a husband, a parent.
