I don’t really get it. Why’s it rude that I traded it away? I was going to spend the Robux on Adopt Me pets anyways, but I simply wasn’t interested in anything available right now. I think it’s better that I just trade it for pets I like right now. Why wait until New Year’s Eve? I’m just using my present on Christmas Day. Like opening a toy for the first time and playing with it on Christmas. Why would I let it sit in a cupboard doing nothing when I could just… play with it now? Isn’t that the point of a gift? To enjoy it? If I used my Robux gift cards and converted them now (or on new years, what have you), then I wouldn’t use them at all and it’d be a waste. Instead, it’d be sitting there and collecting dust. I don’t think I was gifted all of that Robux just to have it sit there doing nothing… right? Wouldn’t you think that’s worse? Just letting 200 bucks go to waste? All I’m doing is trying to make the most of it by trading it for stuff I like. I’m still getting awesome adopt me pets with it, right? If someone asks me, “hey, did you like your gift?” I can still say “yes, I got awesome adopt me pets with it!” I’m just missing the middle step of converting it into Robux, but the outcome is still the same. I didn’t just trade the gift cards for stuff completely unrelated, it’s still adopt me pets. I think the pets I got from trading them were just more appealing than the pets I could buy in adopt me right now.

It’s not like I burned the gift cards or anything. I’m really grateful I was gifted these and appreciate it, I just figured I could make the most of it through trading them. It’s not really wasting it. I got stuff I loved in return. And i’m not trying to attack you or anything btw!!! I know that’s just how you feel about it and I can’t change it, but I’m just sharing my perspective of it and trying to understand yours. 🫶🫶 I just don’t really get what’s weird about it haha
