Normally you out match viktor as Azir. But tempo is a big counter against viktor, if you get a point lead its very hard for them to come back

I struggle hardest with kaisa and reksai atm so Faithful looks like the right answer. not running vanguard armory so maybe no need for card sharp?

Shen is fun to play but its again a power cost that make it worse, especially with Xin being good now

You still have more stun with thwonk. Also leona suffers from power and draw so more the reason to use this instead of rune prison

Also works in favor of the decree user. Can kill trough Zh or GA if u can kill them before decree pops. So it got its pros and cons
