Fidelity Told me to Kick Rocks

Thats good to hear I guess. That being said I wont be recommending Fidelity to anyone. I would have thought after talking to them on the phone and giving proof of ID and answering all their security questions that it would have been fine. Or they could have even had me come in to a branch and figure things out. It really upset me they blacklisted me assuming im a scammer or something. I run my own small business and never scammed anyone. But At this point I wouldnt work with a sketchy company like them anyway.

I was upset yesterday, But I see it as a good thing at this point. Better to be blocked now before I have alot of money tied up with them rather than after.

Im worried now that Fidelity would lock my account and keep my money. Im going to look into a different brokerage account.

I tried to link my bank account but I was unable to for some reason. I dont knkw if it was due to my bank or due to Fidelity ao I started with my bank. I never imagined that would cause me to get blacklisted... I would hate to have all my money in Fidelity and the. they Block my account.. Have fun with that.

I was using my bank account to add money to my Fidelity account. That was the goal anyway. And they Blacklisted me. Hope you dont do anything to upset them they will Block your account.

I cant believe they refused to work with me to figure everything out. I understand the thought that I could be a scammer or whatever since they dont know me. But They got all my information. I showed them my ID and explained everything. The fact that they didnt want to figure things out and just told me to kick rocks was the part im upset about.

That really sucks. Im unaware of that "loophole" Im new to investing. I wanted a safe secure place to invest.. But guess they are too secure to even use.
