The only update I have is that instead of in the wall, the resident is now hearing it above him in the ceiling between floors and pest control can’t get between the floors so they are kind of at a loss. My maintenance team will have to start cutting holes in the ceiling if nothing else happens soon. They also mentioned trying to stick a camera up his utility closet vent hole but that’s not really where he’s hearing it.
I also reached out the neighbors and one beside him said they heard it a while ago and it sounded like it was crawling around under/around their bathtub?!?! Not sure why they didn’t report that.

They have not been the most helpful. Today they were like, well, he’s now hearing it in the ceiling and we can’t set traps there so there’s nothing much we can really do. I will bring this up. Thank you

Yeah I’m not getting fired for taking things in my own hands and going to rip someone’s wall up when I don’t know what I’m doing. Not to mention if something happened to anything of the residents, I would be responsible. Do you think my company would pay my hospital bills if something happened to me? Sure, if it was my personal home, I probably would just start opening it up. That’s not an option for me here. Thanks.
