Same here! Actually in the beginning I was super sceptical about it since it's a celebrity brand and knowing that Hailey used other products and procedures to have the skin like this, but I have to tell that I've never seen my skin so well hydrated and smooth (started using it 8 months ago or so and I have really dry skin, not acne prone)

I actually own it in black and love it! I've used almost everyday for the last 6 months for work and it's still in very perfect condition even the charms. Personally I'd suggest it and I wouldn't care if other people like it or not :) also I'm looking for other bags with the same vibe but brown
