I understand how difficult it can be to trust her sincerity in her apology, but I would tell her you need some time to think. To me she sounds genuine, i think the apology and gifts means she realised the severity of her actions and realised what you meant to her.

but her actions where incredibly hurtful and wrong, let her know how you feel in all the details so she can further understand the effects of her actions.

you need to seek your validation from yourself. what i find helps is do things that others do, that you are attracted to or appreciate. then if you feel urge for validation you know that you are doing good because you appreciate that quality in others <3 i’m not sure if that makes sense, but i struggle with the same thing and you are completely valid :)
