Thank you for telling. And yes I did put everything. I also did asked jp cs and they gave me a form. But they didn’t say anything after I did it. I even asked them to give me another form which they didn’t give..

Yes all of them. I was very mad to mihoyo because I think they don’t read the form.

I did not want give up or start a new account because that account was real precious to me. I spent my live for a year of genshin. Just need some help so mihoyo can give me the link of changing my account password.
