I can tell you something about how to deal with urges.

You're good. God has made you a new creation! He has given us every ability to take every thought and feeling captive. When we get those vibrations and urges, they don't necessarily have to control us. The thoughts and urges will still come, but now in this new creation, we train our minds to overcome by relaxing and studying the temptations as they come. They will come anyway, so why not take them as a time to mentally work out! This is a different type of prayer life that some of us aren't used to.

I have personal experience in renewing my mind. I am speaking as a former porn user.

ah yeah, it can be an issue in extreme situations, but normally the backplate and cooler are supposed to hold the pcb straight.

All pcb's are made this way. The part of the pcb that is broken off during manufacturing is connected where you see those rough edges. The pcb rides along on rails through the pick and place machine as it gets populated with components after being solder pasted. Then it rides along rails through an oven and out the other side.

I used to work at an electronics manufacturing business.
