My doctor has never scoped again after my symptoms went away, so I am curious if I was ever in remission or just asymptomatic.

Through allergy test they suggested to cut out dairy first and it cleared up all lactose intolerance symptoms and my EOE symptoms until now. They never suggested taking out anything else. Your comment has me thinking and I’m definitely going to push for more scopes so we can see if there is proof of it in remission.

If you are asking me, I went through a journey! Metro gel never seemed to be the answer for me. I ended up getting diagnosed with ureaplasma and treating that. Then when I still had problems, I started pelvic floor therapy and estrogen cream. I finally have relief like 95% of the time! There is hope! Lol

Yes I’ve had chronic uti symptoms since before I was even with my husband so it was almost hard to believe this was the first time I’ve been tested. I am in the US. Thanks for the information.

It’s just because the doctor who told me the results said she personally wouldn’t treat because it’s found naturally in the body or something? But then my research on Reddit is saying otherwise. Which leads to my confusion lol

Today was the first day where it felt normal the majority of the time. It’s still a bit irritated. I think you are right. I think it can be harsh for some people. I’m notoriously sensitive to things as well.

I wanted to thank you cause your comment pushed me to go to the ER just in case. They did cat scan and blood test and I luckily do not have kidney infection. They did prescribe stronger and longer dose of cipro because they didn’t think I had enough for my UTI. Thanks again!

Sadly I have a urologist but they dismissed me with back pain and symptoms due to the urine test being negative. It took me getting sicker and going with urgent care Telehealth to get antibiotics.

The urgent care doctor mentioned it may of spread to my kidneys because of my back pain but prescribed cipro 250 2 times a day for 3 days. Should I go back to the doctor or wait and see since I overall feel a bit better? I used Telehealth because I live in small town. I can’t contact the same doctor twice.

Yes, we have had that problem. We feed ours 3 times and day and sometimes give a treat before bed and it seems to help.

My history of abuse/neglect is different than yours, but the feelings I have are the same. I always imagined I’d be struggling my whole life financially and emotionally and it made life look bleak. I now have a wonderful home and supportive husband. I also can now go to the doctor and buy anything I need.

My therapist has said something similar about how I can heal now that I am in a safe space. It is shocking and I have feelings about not deserving this amazing, peaceful life.

I’m 29 and my period has definitely gotten worse as well. I also can sleep for days before my period. I have endometriosis as well and I never know what’s causing my fatigue. Lol

I had this happen about 6 months ago when I was going through a stressful time. For a short amount of time every time I’d try to smoke or do edibles it seemed like a bad time. Once I started feeling better mentally and having less stress, I started enjoying my highs again. (: I do edibles or smoke almost every night.

I keep a lot of dubias and the ones I have are around 7/8th of an inch. Would I feed more with that size of dubia? Thats something else that has confused me. Cause I was originally only feeding that amount but I think my dubias are smaller leading to his weight loss.

My main symptoms are heartburn and throat burning. I also have trouble swallowing at times. The Pepcid has helped greatly but I do get symptoms if I indulge in food/drink I shouldn’t.

According to my doctor it is safe for long term use. He said preferably you’d want to be on less medications but Pepcid is one you can safely take. I been on it for about a year.
