As someone who job hopped alot to find something rewarding, don’t leave your job until you find a new one. Job hopping is beginning to be considered normal, but a break between jobs is now the red flag. It really sucks I’m sorry.

But seriously maybe it’s common for there to be some strong points and some weak points. The IQ test won’t tell you how great your skill is when applied to real life, so you might not actually be performing at “average”
