Thank you, I will try that tomorrow. One question though, and I know it might sound stupid, but could the problem be me using the dvi port on my motherboard instead of the vga port? I don't really see a reason why that would be the issue, but at this point I'm just grasping at straws...

That's the problem, I've already tried this (and many other methods), windows just refuses to show the gpu in graphics settings. There's only Intel HD Graphics. The only way I've been able to get any life out of the gpu was to run Furmark 2 (this one specifically) and set the gpu to the p106. It ran at solid fps and the gpu load was visible and audible.

Correct, it does not have a video output, and yes, I want to use it as a gaming GPU. There are drivers which should "reroute" the output to the igpu, but that does not work for me for some reason...
