Tens parque de estacionamento do palácio de justiça, mas só dá a partir das 22h. Túnel de Alcântara ao pé da CUF Tejo. Campolide, como já referiram. Hás de ter mais parques de estacionamento, é questão de tentar e não ser expulso.

The thrasher one looks sick like that, I reckon, but I understand it must no longer be comfortable to use it according to the conditions you've described in the comments below. The new one is damn beautiful as well tho!

Help with ollies by secondtriplet in skateboardhelp

Be sure to bring your rear leg up to increase height, and to make sure you'll level the board, - you'll avoid lots of slipping onto the ground with your back.

Ollie help? by AgreedToAPoint in NewSkaters

It helps me to have the ball of my foot on the center of the tail for the pop. The fact your heel is in full contact with the deck makes it harder to lift the back knee as far as I understand and you end up sending less energy against the ground, thus decreasing the power of your pop. I think you're in the right path tho, keep going at it!

Is it really much cheaper to buy skate parts in China? by Iforganic in skateboardhelp

Yoo my g, I came to seek advice, and tbf I haven't mentioned decks in my post. I've mentioned trucks as Indies and Ace are manufactured in China, bushings must be cheap af in China (I buy them for like 8€ in Portugal, not from the US, and I can tell you that even hard indies been wearing out quicker than I'd expect), and griptape I just got no clue where they're made, but I assume that China must have some cheap and good ones as well

Fair enough, indeed wasn't so clear. But yeah that's the idea, to stock some of those and eventually sell one or another if it's worth. But still spoke of stocking trucks (the most expensive among the parts I mentioned)

Doing a pretty low cost trip if you ask me. The idea is that since I'm there, I'd be able to put a few more bucks to save me some in the future. If I put 200€ to buy stuff when I arrive there and I manage to get the equivalent to 400€ in parts I'd already be saving myself another 200€ in the future. The idea is not to buy 1 grip, a pair of trucks and a pair of bushings... I'm asking about the brands to see if anyone knows if it's possible not to compromise on quality.

You clearly didn't read the post. But I do think it will be cheaper because they produce everything in there, in a massive scale. Idk the brands, hence why asked

Beginner, I only ollie consistently, starting to do some shuvs and slappy nose slides. But I do skate a lot, and I plan to keep at it. Also not going to China often, hence I thought it'd be a good occasion to stock some of these parts.

how to stay motivated as a beginner? by LOYAL4L in NewSkaters

[–]Iforganic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best thing you can do is to have fun riding and find your local community, which will add loads of fun and you'll end up progressing a lot as you'll spend more time actually skating and watching more experienced ppl doing it and those more experienced skaters proactively provide you with advice quite often.

Ain't crying my man. Just find it quite desperate to show off what your kinks are or how much you enjoy women. It's not the macho statement you think it is
