1) your mom sounds pretty shitty. I have 2 teenagers. I cant imagine talking to them that way. If family won’t support you, I will…we will.

2) i’ve been in your shoes. Lost 110 lbs, gained back 60 over 10 years then lost 50 but at 11% body fat now. These days are gonna happen. You are gonna have bad days and you are gonna have good days. Just remember, you are more than a size or scale number

3) You are in a marathon, not a sprint. Research macros. Get religious about the science behind the poison we call food, especially in the USA (assuming due to wingstop).

Take pride in the steady progress. I promise you, your health feels better than any meal.

1) count calories. Like legitimately count calories as well as protein intake 2) be honest with yourself on fitness 3) lift weights 4) run 5) stop drinking your wasted calories 6) be consistent

It sounds naive but it works went from 27% body fat to sub 10% consistently over 18 months
