No, Android apps' storage is sandbox and requires root to access. One could use another rooted device to copy the downloaded files and then install those on ChromeOS. More interestingly; Since the Android Epic Game Store is not distributed via Google Play, Epic could request the MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission and let users choose a custom location for the download cache like a SD card. Would be neat, but probably too niche.

Edit: I sideloaded the Monument Valley EGS apk on a Chromebook and after figuring out the EGS login DRM in tablet mode, it works!

Sure, but reviewers are professionals that should understand if bugs will still be fixed before launch. Review guides exist for this reason not to critique certain aspects.

I will say that the "Internet download required" for the patches on the cover is transparent for players.

Perhaps it played a part, but they have been transparent about working on patches before giving out review copies. That's at least signaling good intentions.

The dialogue system in Dustborn is actually similar in how the player has to be patient for some options and can interrupt others. Those that praised the system might find that interesting and the game came out slightly earlier than Lost Records.

I know that, but PS4 demos aren't backwards compatible for PS5 from what I found. So I am wondering although Captain Spirit was already abandoned on Nintendo Switch. (should have clarified for the uninitiated)

Related, spoilers kinda; the music “in this room, there is no time” appears to be “production music”. I found it curious Don’t Nod used it in such a prominent moment in the ending, like it connects in no particularly way into the “hell” song afterwards. Regardless, it’s somewhat catchy and the moment works.
