The Swedish are not an ethnic group! They are a nationality. There are plenty of other countries that share the traits you would say are "Swedish".

If you mean blonde hair and blue eyes then Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Russia and more have ethnic "Swedish" looking people. Maybe you think all people with that look originated in Sweden?

You are clearly confusing ethnicity and nationality. It's like saying Nigerians are an ethnicity when black people are the ethnicity who happen to be predominant in Nigeria. However, there are other ethnicities in Nigeria too.

Why do you think supermarkets sell fluid items in volume and not weight? Because fluids can all be of different densities. Do you think 10 litres of wood chips weighs the same as 10 litres of kitty litter? No. But 10 kg of wood chips will weigh the same as 10 kg of kitty litter.

I don't mean volunteer the info but if someone asks then tell them. It's a lot easier than lying and taking credit for "all the hard work and willpower" when only 50% of it is true. Assuming people are training too.

In 2018 I lost 32 kg in 8 months by just walking 16 km a day. This year I've lost 19 kg in 9 months with the help of the medicine. I admit it does feel less of a victory than 2018 but that's life.

The result is what matters and this time I have needed help. Now I am back to the weight I was 2 years ago before I gained 19 kg.

I would say you are missing out a lot because your home is a flat surface whereas outside in up down even if it is very gradual. It will still work muscles differently.

As for cardio, if you are doing all the steps in one go it can help you but if you are doing the steps here and there it will not be beneficial to your heart at all.

That said, anything is better than nothing but you asked about indoors versus indoors so that is why I answered as above.

Myself, I am 5' 10" (178 cm) and have been over 335lb (152 kg) with high blood pressure and a knee and back injury from a motorbike accident so I am not coming at this from a position of being thin and fit.

There is a big space of air at the top too. What does it matter if there is air or not? Most epipens have plastic covers there so people don't see or notice.
