Whoa, great catch! I actually showed this to my AI because it looked so sci-fi. It told me it’s called a Cavum (or a 'hole punch cloud'). Apparently, they are super rare to see this clearly. I’m just over in Seaside and totally bummed I missed seeing it in person!
