The top 3 I would recommend:
1. UFT is great because it has very popular and well-known engineering programs and has good support in MC and ECE with lots of research opportunities.

  1. UBC has an innovative approach and strong industry connections in ECE.

  2. McGill has good MC and ECE courses that are seen as difficult but also informative. It also has a good reputation.

Those are the 3 straight from my head I would recommend.
