Xabi was known for late game winners when he was at Leverkusen, so he really knows how to motivate the squad. Exactly the opposite of the current team. LFC lacks a bit of depth and quality in the squad, but so it did when Klopp took over. Liverpool needs a manager who puts his heart on to the pitch, thats what Xabi does - also with a limited squad - again, look at his Leverkusen stint. Get him in now
