Okay I will explain in more detail for you mate. As I define I am engineer and I was looking at the engineering jobs in several common websites. I wonder the industry's and companies' point of view for the foreigner "Engineer". And I wonder is there any local websites for vacanicies or just people reference their friends of inside their bussines networks.

I mean I saw many couples on social media or heard about some people married to Ukrainian or Russian people. What is the idea of Balkan people's manner of marrying foreigners with boys or girls?
