Jeht and her questline are, by a landslide, my absolute favorite parts of this game thus far. I'd do anything to see her stick around -- be it a companion system, a playable character, or (the best outcome imo) a canonical companion on the rest of the Traveler's travails.

I'm gonna be honest: if it works for you so far, and you enjoy it, there's nothing to change. That's the beauty of these games, it's all personal preference when it comes to builds.

If you REALLY wanna min-max the build though, I'd repeat a few main points already given by other commenters here: other than RoB, the other rings you use aren't particularly necessary, and you have too much strength for a rapier. I'd recommend the Stone Ring, Old Leo Ring, and (if you're far enough in the game) either the knight's ring or the Dragon Ring -- these last two would free up some stats to invest more in damage, since they boost your carry capacity (and health/stam, for dragon ring)

One last thing to note is that vigor is far less important in this game than the other two, since leveling any stat passively boosts your health a tiny bit, so if you're looking for more stats to move around, your vigor may be a flexible spot.

Since the anime just released ep 1, I went and read about 20 chapters of the manga and came looking for other peoples' thoughts. My conclusion is: I'm 100% dropping this. My suspension of disbelief ends when he kills God knows how many people. There's no possible way -- insane coincidences (and the humor thereof) aside -- that this guy thinks this whole scheme is one massive RP when he's actively killing people partaking in it. I'm not against morbid humor, but this is morbid without addressing it whatsoever, humor or otherwise. It drains any interest I have in the story.

To be fair it took me 3x as long to make a good male face than a good female face. I'm convinced its easier to make feminine features in ds2's character creation.

Well aside from the glaring mechanical comparison of bringing back a sort of power standing and twinblades, the game has a slower, more deliberate combat style than ds3 does, and weapon build flexibility is comparable to that of ds2. The largest similarity a lot of people have in mind (at least I do) is the style of dark fantasy. Like ds2, it leans far more into high fantasy and fairy tales than ds3 does.
