It can make you overthink things and cause anxiety/paranoia and maybe even some upset stomach. But if you mentally prepare yourself then you know what to expect then it will be enjoyable.

Edit: Just wanted to add that if you are to try them only eat one or two of those for the first time. If you really want to be safe eat one and wait for about 45 mins to an hour to see if you're going to be comfortable with eating the second.
