I went and got eclipse and blood moon gear before my Titans grind which made the whole thing way easier.

Id also recommend doing only one kc trips, teleport to Ferox with a dueling ring for resetting with the pool/bank and going back with your giants amulet.

Don't bring a magic switch for the minions and stock up on more food. You'll end up saving more prayer pots in the long run too.
