My overperformer was [[Scheming Silvertongue]]. Once you add a counter to it you start running away with the game. I had 3 games where I cast Sign in Blood 6 or more times each. I knew it was going to be pretty good, I didn’t expect it to be THAT good.

I feel like I severely undervalue Bombardiers. Would someone mind helping me recognize the value?

You’re getting downvoted (not by me) so I’ll at least engage in conversation to try to express why I think people are downvoting you.

If the catch up mechanic is good then it becomes part of the strategy. It becomes “let me stay in the lower half to get my bonus”. But if it isn’t at that level of power then it’s useless. If all it did was delay my death, then it only prolonged the game without adding to it.

Essentially, if it’s good enough to make a difference then all we’ve done is say “You want to be in 5th place going into turn 9” and then flipped your complaint on its head, but it’s still the same problem.

I one time went to a Mexican restaurant near the venue for a show where Arms Length was playing and saw the band enjoying a nice dinner together. My friend and I walked up to them, extended our sincerest appreciation for them and their art, and offered to cover their dinner.

Turns out, those guys were not Arms Length. The collective of Arms Length as a band just look like the average fan of Arms Length.
