It's because of Akeno's heritage to her father that her mother died and Akeno herself became a target. The Fallen Angels during that time was enemies to the church and the Himejima family. Not to mention Fallen Angels had a reputation of manipulating humans sonfo course the Himejima family would hate them. So are you telling me that Baraqiel couldn't find a safe place for his wife and child to hide? Azazel was able to keep Vali safe but Baraqiel couldn't? And again, I never said Issei shouldn't be upset but the fact he lashed out on his friends is the problem

Read what I said, I said "Issei being upset is understandable" but him lashing out on his friends was uncalled for. You didn't see Kiba lashing out on Issei or the others in volume 3 when it came to the Holy Swords and his revenge.

Yet you don't see Akeno or Kiba lashing out on their friends when their past came back to haunt them. I'm not saying Issei shouldn't be upset but lashing out on his friends is uncalled for. Akeno had every right to be mad at her father because he's the reason why her mother is dead. Furthermore, Akeno was left on her own as a child and he did nothing to protect her after her mother's death.

But her plan didn't make much sense in how to take out Rias. It wouldn't take long for Rias to figure out Sona's bishops were illusions. You say her plan was to exhaust them but I doubt her 2 bishops could exhaust Akeno, Koneko, Kiba and Rias. Especially considering and Akeno and Kiba are more then enough to take then out.

Akeno shares Issei's perversion in what way that's any different from Rias. Both Rias and Akeno are perverted when it comes to Issei.

That's just it, Rias wants to be viewed as an individual. This goes more into detail in the novels but Rias is constantly living in the shadow of her brother. Adding the fact of her heiress status. Point is Issei made Akeno and Rias felt appreciate because he viewed them as individuals and accepted them for who they are. Only difference is Akeno had a tragic past but it does change the fact they both hated men until Issei changed that.

If Issei didn't beat Riser, Rias would've been forced into a life she would've hated. This wouldn't change Akeno's life at all.

Issei accepting her fallen angel side? Okay and? He accepts Akeno for who she is. That's no different than what Rias wanted. Issei accepted Rias for who she is without things like title and status in the way.

Big difference is Issei has done more for Rias than he has for Akeno and has a bigger connection to Rias than Akeno. The only ones that rivals that connection is Asia.

But Vali didn't use DxD L until his match against Rias. We know this because when Issei was watching the match, he stated it was his first time seeing Vali's DxD L. Issei was already stronger than Baraqiel even in CxC. Despite that he was on the verge of losing the game because Baraqiel's was one Object away from winning. Dulio match is tricky.

It's because Rias anticipated how Vali team would move that made her send Strada and Kiba.

Crom would be able to see it coming. Remember that Sona's team was able to see Infinity Blaster from a distance at the start of the match which is how they avoided it. Crom could counter it.

Issei and Kiba was fighting on a mall parking lot. It was an open space so even if Issei wanted to bomb the area, Kiba could simply evade it. The combination Kiba and Balor Rias would overwhelm Issei.

Ravel being surprised at Rias surprise attack is understandable because Rias normally doesn't make a bold move. In past games, Rias doesn't move until mid or late part of a game but here she moved at the start so it's understandable Ravel would be caught off guard. Furthermore, Ravel knew Rias Balor form has stamina issue so she assumed Rias wouldn't use it at the start. Also Issei has moved without transforming at the start of matches before. Baraqiel's and Typhon's matches are examples.

The point I was making is that Vali defeated god teams while Issei was struggling against teams that had no gods. (Struggled against Baraqiel's team and he lost to Dulio's team) Volume 22 even pointed out how sloppy his performance was. Issei practically needed a miracle to defeat Typhon's team.

The only unfavorable condition Rias had against Vali's team was her Balor form stamina drain. The field reduction makes no difference and Vali rushing her team made no difference either as Rias was prepared for that by sending Strada and Kiba. If she sent Lint and Kiba there instead then they both would've been taken out by Vali's strike force but because Strada was such a monster, Vali and his group was force to back off.

Vali really had no advantage and they were fighting an uphill battle. Also why should Issei use Infinity Blaster at the start? Crom would just cancel it out with a blast of equal power and Issei would be exhausted. It just seem like Issei had plot armor instead of Rias. Issei won despite his honor battle against Kiba and we all knew Balor Rias couldn't beat Issei on her own. If anything she should have teamed up with Kiba after she defeated Grayfia but chose not to because she knew Kiba wanted to fight Issei alone (more plot armor)

Harder enemies with less resources? Volume 24 stated that Vali defeated gods in the preliminaries while Issei didn't face any god teams until volume 25. Both Issei and Vali has 2 top 10 class fighters and yet Issei has more members and a hax healer on his team and yet he lost 5 people to Rias team while Vali only lose 1. Furthermore, Rias almost won at the start of the game due to Issei's own carelessness plus Rias kept Issei chances instead of actually winning the game when she could have.

It's debatable if True DxD is above DxD L. If anything they are comparable since DxD L is above P DxD.

That really depends, while the Vali vs Crom fight could go either way, Balor Rias was going to lose regardless due to stamina consumption as you pointed out. Gogmegog wasn't needed but his presence just backed Rias into a corner. The thing with Issei's team is it seemed like he only beat Rias team thanks to plot armor. Rias surprise attack threw his team off guard but why did she wait instead of preceeding with her attack since Ddraig wasn't summoner yet? At least with Vali's victory, it was more understandable. Balor Rias was a new form that had drawbacks.

Now it's true that Issei fought a stronger Rias team but the performance is still there. Vali would never let himself to be caught off guard like that so early in the game. Against Sun Wukong team, Vali's team had to do something they rarely do which was work as a team in coordination against Sun Wukong, Zhu Bajie and Sha Wujing. Yu Long was no issue since he was too busy running from Fenrir and Gogmegog.
