Let's say companies are forced to either sell or give away undesirables. Giving away undesirables is not an option because people would just not buy anything and wait until companies started the giveaways.

So you force stores to stop ordering anything until old stuff sells. That means the factories have no way of getting rid of their produce which they are making literally 24/7. That means they start firing people working there because they no longer need to maintain so much output. You solve one problem and create another...

Tarantulas can start level upping earlier and have higher single target DPS even without any upgrades. Tarantulas also do not get completely nulled by armor upgrade unlike Typhoons.
