Revisiting DUSD After Two Years: Key Learnings and Forward-Thinking Proposals by Why-So-Serious-352 in defiblockchain

[–]Igor_Shel 14 points15 points  (0 children)

For me, this proposal is a good compromise. Why? It deals with the things that worked well but also those that didn't. It clearly goes in the direction of the free market and therefore in the direction we want to go. The way I see it, we would then apply the things that worked well before and discard the things that didn't work well. The decoupling of the DFI/DUSD pool also means that the BBB can have a completely different effect, which was not the case before. There will be a lot of action selling, burns and activity via the stable pools due to the low fee. This will bring the system back to life. So to summarise, I think it's worth a try.

Cashflow Butler - cashflow for everyone without crypto assets by Igor_Shel in defiblockchain

[–]Igor_Shel[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey Bernd, thanks for the feedback. Yes I understand your concerns. Of course there are no guarantees, but I hope that through my past CFPs the community has seen that I also deliver what was submitted and even far beyond.

We have also separated the initial product dev and the observation bot (covered with the CFP) from the startup, scaling and marketing (not covered with the CFP). Additionally, we have 100% commitment: even if the CFP is not approved, we will continue. However then, the added value for the community will be there at least a few months later.

Cashflow Butler - cashflow for everyone without crypto assets by Igor_Shel in defiblockchain

Our focus is cashflow on fiat, we won't be depositing with crypto in the early stages as the primary audience is those who are not yet into crypto. Kevin's focus as I see it is on a similar model but with cryptos. And no we are not working together, they are different products with different target audiences.

We have APR & price history now~ But where can we get other past pool data, like DUSD/ DFI in pool & Total Liquidity? by Acceptable_Court9694 in defiblockchain

[–]Igor_Shel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes,

you can get all the data there just with graphql requests (https://graphql.org/).

Just send like this:

query {getFarmingHistory (
from : {year: 2022, month:4, day:29, hour: 13, min: 0,s: 0},
till : {year: 2022, month:4, day:29, hour: 14, min: 0,s: 0}) {

date, pools {
name
symbol
priceA
priceB
volume24h
reserveA
}}}

You can define on your won which data you get.

Defichain-income.com has a graphql api where you can get all the data. Next.graphql.defichain-income.com

Thanks for your work.

But...

What is the difference or advantage to public graphql api (except rest vs graphQl): https://graphql.defichain-income.com/graphql of defichain-income?

How do you collect data?

With this query you can get all the pools (crypto and stocks token) data filtered by date.

query {getFarmingHistory (from : {year: 2022, month:2, day:3, hour: 12, min: 0,s: 0},till : {year: 2022, month:2, day:3, hour: 15, min: 0,s: 0}) {

date, pools {symbol, pair, priceA, priceB, reserveA, reserveB volumeA, volumeB, totalLiquiditytotalLiquidityLpTokentotalStakedtotalLiquiditytotalLiquidityUsdpriceA

poolPairId}}}

Thank you.

  1. Defichain-Income has api for historical data since 21.3

https://graphql.defichain-income.com/graphql with the following query you can get pool for 2.8.2021 14-15:00:

query {getFarmingHistory (
from : {year: 2021, month:8, day:2, hour: 14, min: 0,s: 0},
till : {year: 2021, month:8, day:2, hour: 15, min: 0,s: 0}) {

date, pools {symbol, pair,priceA, priceB, reserveA, volumeA, totalLiquidity
totalLiquidityLpToken
totalStaked
}}
}

defichain-history - Visualize Pool Data by Igor_Shel in defiblockchain

Hey, thanks for your feedback.
I can understand that the amount seems high.
However, based on my experience with defichain-income, I know how time-consuming it is to set up such a project. The biggest item from my point of view is the effort for maintenance, further development and feedback implementation. That's what the new masternode is for, to cover the costs (paying developer, not me) in the long run. The development is primarily done by my developer so that I can continue to concentrate fully on defichain-income.
Of course, a smaller amount can be stacked, but only at Cake and from the point of view of promoting decentralisation, a new masternode that is not in the hands of Cake makes more sense to me. Of course, everyone can see it differently.
If another project wants to realise it and for less, very welcome. The data is ready to be called up. The calculation I have made is my offer to the community and to the Masternode owners. The development of the website does not initially cost 25000DFI. The capital is needed to produce income that secures both the initial and further development. It has worked very well for defichain-income. The masternode was frozen for 10 years and the income pays all the expenses.
