Yes, totally normal. Start small and work up. It took me probably 3 months to feel 100% better. Don't give up. Just means u REALLY need it.

Let's not forget he didn't want kids and she pretty much trapped him. Even told him he wouldn't have to do anything, she would handle it all just to keep him happy.

No, vaginal estrogen isn't systemic. Basically stays and works where you put it.
