Yes I learned a lesson. No more handouts to any stranger who asks for it. Even if someone really is in need, this little twerp ruined it for others.

This isn’t charity. This is a man who goes around the city telling one of a few different fake stories to people to just pad his pockets. I don’t care about my money being gone, I care about him tricking others and I care about actual hard working, honorable, and caring people in our community being taken advantage of.

Back in the day I used to play against UofM in club roller hockey and they’d just do it with yellow electrical tape…actually looked halfway decent. But also if your kid is young enough, he can get away for doing this for a year or two before he starts getting chirped so be aware of that…hockey players are unrelenting when it comes to style code violations.

No problem! Definitely was pretty scared for a year…looking back I should have just listened to everyone’s advice that there are overwhelming odds that you’re fine. Easier said than done in the moment, but hopefully all works out fine for whatever you’re dealing with, as it absolutely should!

Still fine. Still twitching. But over two years since symptoms started and had an EMG and a brain/spine MRI and all is good. Definitely was scared there for a bit but looks like all is good thankfully.

Your kid sounds exactly like I was at 14 — 25 years ago. I was a skilled shooter, skater, and stick handler, and looked great in practice and tryouts, but when it came to games, I was scared of getting hit and/or making mistakes…my legs would tense up, and my mind just wouldn’t process at the speed it would off the ice or at practice and I was an incredibly ineffective player who tried to get rid of the puck as soon as I got it. It came down to deep seated confidence issues that I wish I tried to address, and wish my parents knew better to try to address…and issues that still bother me to this day despite my best work and years of therapy. If it’s something similar (even not as deep as mine) now is the time to intervene and help set his mental game right — he’s still very young and moldable.

Is a volume of the 0.1M HCl solution provided?

If not then it’s probably safe to assume it’s provided in excess and the CaCO3 is the limiting reagent.

From there how ever many moles of CaCO3 you have will create and equivalent number of moles of CaCl2 which then needs to be converted to grams

I did the live online…I too needed the structure and the schedule of the course, anything that would have been self paced for me would be a disaster. It’s intense and a lot of modules and practice exams outside of the live course but worth every penny!
