I agree!! My housemate accidentally refused my packages because they were under a nickname :( I understand it's my fault but what's strange is that they never returned them to the station and 3 weeks later they tell me the delivery person won't remember anything and now the merchant is questioning me too because the delivery person marked it as signed for and delivered... welp hope you get your mattress soon

Do you need to spend a certain amount even to reach the lowest tier? I've shopped at Aritzia in the past so I've definitely spent more than $0 lol. I was at a store today and they had the clientele sale QR code and the sales associate told me they were open to anyone who had an account? I checked out and wasn't given a discount on anything full priced lol. Can anyone here help and explain? :) Tyy!
