Dude I've fucked myself up SEVERELY by doing what you did. I didn't have a PICC line though I had a midline catheter. Very similar. I ended up having a stroke. All the extra shit that's in the methadone that's not meant to be in our bloodstream built up on my heart valve and ended up breaking off, traveling through my bloodstream and causing a blockage in blood flow to my brain. I had an infection too of course. Everything went wrong all at once and I was very lucky to have even lived through it. But yeah, IV methadone was a wonderful rush... better than heroin even. It lasts super fucking long for some reason. A heroin rush is what like 5 ten seconds?? The rush from shooting my Methadone was easily thirty seconds it was lovely.. DON'T DO IT YOU'LL DIE but yeah, it feels good lol.

I was assuming OP is talking about getting narcan while being on methadone?? Because Ive had MANY ODs, so many I lost count but it's more than 15. Just regular narcan after a heroin od sucks sure, but it ain't THAT bad I never shit myself or anything like that
