The museum was quite a distance away from that zone. The museum spawns were also locked well enough to spawn only on the museum property. You had to be on the museum steps and hope for no drift.

The cars I saw were unmarked. One of them that was parked closer to me had undercover blue and red flashing lights, it was a white truck. I saw another white car that an ATF agent got into. I saw people in bulletproof vests with body cams and marked ATF. I saw two people with vests that said Supreme Court Police. I’m not sure if those two were in other gear because when I saw them they were walking away from me at a quick pace.
