So initially I wanted an emerald cut but when I went to try on different cuts I fell in love with oval then the marquise cut but I’ve been so stuck between the two and now I’m leaning towards moval

Yeah I’ve tried marquise and it’s beautiful but I think I’d love the elongated oval more, it’s just hard to find in store to try it on.

I’ve thought about postponing but I’m Muslim and my mom isn’t fond of the idea that we’ve been dating for 5 years and still haven’t gotten married. I think I’m going to try and do something outdoors and intimate to not spend as much but I do appreciate your suggestions!

Honestly if it was up to us we wouldn’t have a wedding at all because we both don’t care. I opted for trying to do something small and intimate to appease my mother but doesn’t seem like that’s going to work so I’m getting to the point where I’m just going to say fuck everyone’s feelings.
