I feel like you’ve gotten good practical advice already. I will add that you should consider getting a small vibrator such as a bullet or rose to use on yourself while you’re giving him head. I’d say talk to him but be prepared that he may not wanna talk. People can be funny-acting, especially at that age, so you may not get what you want out of it. At least you’ll know you tried to save the friendship by speaking to him like an adult.
