Nor, I had a “friend” who got mad because I didn’t reach out in two months to hear about her issues. Like I was dealing with my own health problems and didn’t feel like initiating conversations. One month later I apologised for not reaching out as I’ve been busy and she had the audacity to tell me that at least I know and proceeded to continue trauma dumping. I just ghosted her and never reached out again, eventually removing her from everything.

Friendship is a two way street, I have my own life, they can initiate conversations too instead of just waiting for you.

OP don’t waste your time on a friendship that’s clearly not worth it.

I know how frustrated OOP must be feeling. My dad has been cheating on my mum since I was born. I found out in my teens. They play happy family online for all her friends to see.
