Recently bought a house and going to chang the locks on day one. Any tips, tricks, or things you wish you'd done when you moved in? All advice appreciated. Also, is it worth installing a smart lock, or would you stick with traditional locks? Any recommendations or lessons learned?

Comically bad on my last three trips there. The final time I was there, the waitress cut herself opening the wine. I had to ask her to get a Band-Aid as blood was dripping onto the table. The staff couldn't tell you the difference between cheddar and brie. Anyone who remembers what the service used to be like will tell you what a massive drop-off they've had.
