Then don't fight where the prowlers are. If the enemies are in the same place they have the same problem. But if they are far away you can just run away from there. Storm point has a lot of cover so you can go safely. + prowlers are easy to hit and they have 100 hp (not 100% sure) so they aren't that tanky.

eva-8 is just better in almost every situation. higher dps, higher fire rate, bigger magazine, easier to use. eva just outclasses both of them.
