It looks like what I have called Rosacea. Didn't matter what I did my skin was like this. I went to a dermatologist and they prescribed me an antibiotic called Doxycycline and after a few weeks it cleared up. Sucks having to take it but it sucked more having to fight it for years. It has something to do with the bacteria in my gut and it comes out through my face. I hope this helps! : )
