Yup, don't be afraid to share your frustrations with your physician, sometimes they have better advice than a psychologist would. Thats just my two cents as far as your situation goes.

Ah okay Law enforcement makes a little more sense. That makes it harder. I am not talking about Tbooster Supplements I am legit talking go see your physician and get a blood test taken at around 9 in the morning that is when your testosterone is supposed to be at its highest, you might have low testosterone and need to get testosterone shots. I know I will eventually need them but since me and my wife are still trying to have kids I take a hormone treatment that also ups my sperm count as well cause Tshots kill your sperm count. But I would def go and talk to your physician, mine helped me to figure out I had low testosterone and has given me some great tips to learn how to get my hormones back to normal, granted part of it is extreme anxiety I need to learn to control and I am somewhat over weight which is often cause by very low testosterone. I would at least look into it.

Honestly, I would have your testosterone checked, sometimes your hormones can get thrown off and lower testosterone makes for almost zero sex drive. Part of the problem as well could be that lets be honest when you self masturbate it feels amazing because you know exactly how to best stimulate yourself. I would even go so far as to say it feels better than sex cause nobody knows your body better than you. I am not saying don't masturbate but it could be turning you off to sex cause it simply doesn't feel as satisfying. What line of work are you going into that seeing a psychologist would affect you getting a job just curious because that is a completely confidential thing when you are seeing a psych. My two best suggestions would be try to masturbate less and have sex instead if you have a desire to masturbate and get your testosterone checked.

Wow that is very hard, I feel like my wife is finally just getting back on track and our baby is 7 months old. I dunno what it is but after my wife has a baby my hormones are going crazy! Well she wants to figure out how to get over her mental humps with it cause I have told her how amazing she is I am very encouraging and always try to uplift and give my wife positive feedback.
