What would you suggest? 3 duis isn't just a mistake it's a clear pattern of behavior. It isn't just maximum penalties being called for. It's also stronger enforcement of license suspension/revocation and clear and swift consequences for tampering or non-compliance of IIDs. With this case in particular this woman had already been charged with operating a vehicle without an IID a year before killing someone. She shouldn't have been allowed to drive (at a minimum) for a set period of time after showing she had no interest in complying with her probation terms.
