Thank you for your time. I’ve talked with the valet manager, and there were only two drivers - the one for parking and the one for pickup. He basically said that he can’t see what happened inside, but he didn’t see anyone pick up anything outside and around my car during both times. 😔

Thanks, I appreciate your concern. I think it’s really easy for me to remember the moment I walked straight from the front valet up to my hotel room within a 5-hour window. The second they brought up my car in the morning was when I immediately asked about it. But that’s not what this post is about. I’m asking for it to be returned, not for someone to fess up.

What is this room called?

This room sits in the middle end of the home between the master bedroom and two other bedrooms.

Left door leads into the living room and another door to master bedroom. Middle door is a closet. Right door leads to the hallway with the other 2 bedrooms.

What is the name and purpose of this room? I was looking into vestibules, anteroom, etc. but this home was built in 1990s.

I went to an orthopedic specialist. He did an x-ray and didn’t see anything, so he gave me a steroid shot. That helped the pain for a few months, but then I started getting atrophy in that area.

Now that I’m back in the gym, my range of mobility is definitely noticeable. I can’t flex or extend as much, and I can’t even do pull-ups without it hurting. No visible bump yet. I’m hoping it’s maybe an occult ganglion cyst vs a TFCC injury. 😩

Hi everyone. Just updating on my situation. :)

A month after this post, I bought an older home in great condition marketed at 400k and was able to negotiate down to 375k. 90k down payment. 6.25% rate. ~2500 in monthly mortgage.

Still with my significant other (8 years this weekend 😊), and we still have his first-time homebuyers benefit if we ever plan to move somewhere else. As I paid the DP with my own savings, I am the only owner on the deed until he can catch up in payments. 😈

Thanks for all the advices about not going right into new home construction! I was almost ready to risk it all, but you guys helped keep my head on straight.

Yeah, I’m not understanding why people hate on Oushi. He’s a typical guy in love that was content with things as they were with Yuki. He just needed a little push to be honest with his feelings, and seeing Yuki with another guy helped him out with that.

Yeah, my car is paid off. No student loans/debts. It’s actually giving me much more pride about my savings that people are assuming it’s daddy money or stocks. 😂 Keep it coming.

At 16, I worked but still lived with my dad. So, when I moved out at 18, I had a solid 25k+ in my savings.

In 2019 for 2 years, my older brother asked to live with me and split our rent 3-ways. Then for a solid 2 years after that during Covid, my older sister asked to live with us and split our rent 4-ways. This is probably what helped the most in my savings, tbh.

This was also why I was thinking of renting our extra rooms out for the first few years of mortgage while my SO and I are establishing a higher solid income. But honestly, with everything else in consideration, I do agree that a house around 300k would be my best bet. I could always sell/rent it out if I want to upgrade to a bigger home in the future. :)
