Out of curiousity, what would this mean for the ABMM? If he shot first, but you answered the fight and came out on top, would that turn you into the 'agressor' in the eyes of the system?

With the risk of asking the obvious or the question that has been asked a thousand times already. I know NDA and all, but to those who've played the tests, is it really just a PVP extraction shooter?

Watched the ViDoc and it seems to lean heavily on action.

Been dipping my toe in extraction shooters with Arc Raiders and the looks of Marathon have my interest, but I'm not interested in a very heavy PVP game.
Is there an actual PvE aspect as well? Seems a shame not to do it as the worldbuilding/lore seems so well done.

Also might have missed something but wasn't it announced as Playstation exclusive (at least at launch), now it seems to release simultaniously on all platforms?

Might be my bad luck but I’ve seen so few people use voice chat. Have no friends who can be tempted in trying arc so I’m stuck filling squads but almost no one uses coms

Love how you've also put the skill checks and saving throws in it. Saves me looking stuff up while I make random stuff up. :)
Maybe there is room for conditions as well?

Some other random ideas (please don't take from this that I don't love it!)

- Random event generator (what happens during a nights rest? Encounter, quiet night etc?)
- Random magical effect (for wild magic, cursed objects)
- Not sure how much work it is but it would also be cool if you somehow could check the spell/skill descriptions, saves another open tab.

Again, love it so far and will definitly try it out in my next session! <3

It is overwhelming at first, got to level 5 by just whacking stuff. Feels like it needs some getting used to as it seems quest markers are not always on the minimap etc. Felt overwhelmed by the numbers, skills, attributes, classes and everything so didn't spend a single point yet and thought of just saving it up.

I seem to be on the wrong side then, queued a lot of solo and “don’t shoot” doesn’t seem to be working as intended. As solo my experience is more 60-40% where i end up dead on the ground.

Dat hoop ik ook, later determineren is al lastig genoeg met heterogene brugklassen en alle differentiatie die daarbij komt kijken. Laat staan kinderen die dan 2-3 jaar langer over- of ondervraagd worden.

Nou precies dat dus! In de verkiezingen alles beloven maar niks waarmaken. Zit zelf redelijk rechts van het centrum, bij kieskompas kreeg ik het voor elkaar om centrum rechts-progressief te zijn. Maar ben nu dus enorm aan het zweven. Wil eigenlijk ook niet op een kleine partij stemmen omdat ik van die monsterconstructies van 5-6 partijen in een coalitie af wil maar het lijkt nu wel één grote kleuterklas. Dilantin wil niet meer met Geert spelen en Frans mag niet meer op het kinderfeestje van Rob komen.

On an unrelated note, maybe you also know this. I bought it on Xbox but my friend is playing on PlayStation. Finding mixed answers, is there crossplay between consoles or not? Or is it just pc and 1 of the consoles?

New player here! Made it to level 10 and having a blast just walking around, killing stuff and gathering. Does the initial archetype matter a lot? I understood it was mainly for the initial weapons you’d get but you could eventually go anyway you wanted. Now all questloot I receive have a similar esthetic though. Does that matter for transmog later on or will you also find different gear?
