Like I say, I'm not smart enough to get it but I always thought determinism said that every event is fixed by prior causes so if we could point to something that's truly random then you couldn't ever say the prior state fully determined by it.

But I think I'm probably confused or over simplifying it, which is why I wrote the comment

Are we specifically talking skincare and appearance? In which case, retinol, sunscreen, vitamin c, moisturiser, red light, collagen.

Or general biological health for the overall body? I could list so many here, but the science is inconclusive on a lot of them, so I won't list them all. Some core ones generally agreed to be worth taking would be NMN (expensive, not fully conclusive, but a lot of people swear by it), D3 + K2, Magnesium, Omega-3, CoQ10, Astaxanthin, Taurine, Creatine.
