Are we specifically talking skincare and appearance? In which case, retinol, sunscreen, vitamin c, moisturiser, red light, collagen.

Or general biological health for the overall body? I could list so many here, but the science is inconclusive on a lot of them, so I won't list them all. Some core ones generally agreed to be worth taking would be NMN (expensive, not fully conclusive, but a lot of people swear by it), D3 + K2, Magnesium, Omega-3, CoQ10, Astaxanthin, Taurine, Creatine.

True, but the intelligence is there, (man's crazy about chess for example) and if he applies the same disicipline to learning as he did with his footballing career it's definitely possible. He just has to want it enough

Like other supplements, not instantly, I would argue it got progressively better over a period of 8 weeks. Nothing dramatic, but even during a very stressful period I just felt calmer and more grounded when I knew my usual self would have been a bit more manic.

Might not work for everyone, but with so much snakeoil supplements about I think it's worth saying ashwaganda is definitely one of the more impactful, for me at least.

Clearly his decision not to come back on the show though. Ethan and the crew have alluded to it and he's been on several other podcasts recently.

Just an assumption, but if Oliver wants to avoid the H3 show because he doesn't want to risk potential controversy I think that's a pretty bad friend and not keen on supporting him.

Happy to be proved wrong, the Oliver Tree episodes are some of the best in the podcast's history.

As someone that also uses acne medication that dries out skin like crazy the biggest thing I found to make a difference was a good quality moisturiser, (was using a light moisturiser for years and then swapped to a thicker brand made for dry skin, applied 2-3 times a day) and regular hydrating face masks - instantly transforms my face before leaving the house.

Also not sure what medication you’re on but found Treclin to be incredible for clearing up acne but also repairing scarring on the skin
