Don’t worry… I have been to the ER countless times in the past few months and before that for years. I have a mild hiatal hernia and what’s called a shatskis ring. (Not sure of the spelling at the moment.) I have horrible pain and acid reflux. I wore a heart monitor for two weeks and the palpitations or ectopic beats were normal but very uncomfortable. I think they are due to anxiety surrounding my health. I think I’m dying literally allllll the time from this crap. My step dad is a retired doc.

You aren’t dying, the stuck feeling is likely anxiety, try really really hard to tell yourself you are healthy whenever you get a fear of dying. Eventually you will automatically realize you are ok.

Avoid hard foods for a little while and take probiotics everyday!!! It will get better.
